Using StudVault

You retain ownership of the records and data you upload to StudVault. You grant us the limited rights needed to store and display that content so we can provide the service to you and your organization.

Acceptable Use

Do not use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose. Do not upload content that infringes the rights of others. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the platform.

Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your billing settings. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

StudVault is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not responsible for breeding outcomes or decisions made using the platform.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you, and your continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.
